Own
Move through purchase, documentation and verification knowing what each step means and what a complete set of papers looks like.
Build
Turn a single holding into a considered position — and protect what you have built, so a setback elsewhere does not undo it.
Grow
Move deliberately from a first ownership toward a portfolio, and from a portfolio toward the freedom it was always for.
